We offer exchanges within the first 7 days of your delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for an exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Exchange:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging without any damage.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Conditions:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, provided you have a proper 360-degree unboxing video showing the damage from opening to end. If the unboxing video is not captured, we are not responsible for any courier damages.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a WhatsApp message with your order ID and exchange information.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided only if the product is out of stock. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of order.
3. Shipping Policy
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and sending back the goods.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
